The Superintendent's Parent Advisory Committee meets monthly. The Parent Advisory Committee has been focusing on the topic of Sustainability with the Bond.

The Superintendent's Parent Advisory Committee met with Dull Olson Weekes – IBI Group Architects Incorporated to discuss Sustainability. The Superintendent meets monthly with her Parent Advisory Committee. The last two Committee meetings in January and February 2012 were dedicated to discussing the meaning of sustainability and how it should play out in relation to our upcoming bond projects. Components of a Sustainable School Design are indicated on the graphic above provided by the U.S. Green Building Council. Sustainable Design/Green Schools save money and the environment!
