Problem Description: You are unable to click into and edit a Google Doc. While it appears that your cursor is in the document, you are unable to type anything.
Temporary Solution: Although this may be fixed as of Firefox 10 (which appears to be compatible with eSIS) until your browser has been updated, we recommend you attempt the following in order to get around this problem.
1. Open the Google Doc and right-click into the body of the document. This will display a similar menu as shown in the screenshot below.
2. Without clicking on the menu that popped-up (as a result of right-clicking) left click somewhere else within the body of the Google Doc.
| 3. | For Windows/PC's: Press "Ctrl + A" |
| For Mac's: Press "Command + A" | |
| This will highlight all the text/content in your document. Or in the case that it is an empty document, it will simply highlight a single blank space (as shown in the below screenshot). | |
4. Lastly, left click back into the document. This will un-highlight the text/content of your document, and likewise give you the ability to edit/type text.
