If you are experiencing a problem with any technology, would like to be
trained on a piece of technology, or would like to purchase new
technology, please follow the process listed below:
First, talk to your building technology representative:
HS - Stephanie Thomas

SA - Brett Davidson, Cheryl Wagner
SH - Sarah Vanderstelt
If your tech rep is unable to resolve your issue, you have two options:
- Option 1 - Call the Help Desk at H-E-L-P (4357) from within the district. The technician that answers your call will attempt to resolve the issue for you while you are on the phone. If the issue requires escalation, a Help Desk ticket will be opened and assigned to your building technician.
- Option 2 - Create a ticket yourself from the self-service Help Desk system by following the link below and filling out the appropriate information. This will generate a ticket that will be automatically assigned to the building technician responsible for your building.
