Individuals or groups who wish to place an item on the agenda should write or call the Superintendent, Parkrose School District, 10636 NE Prescott, Portland Oregon 97220, 503-408-2100.

Requests should include name, address, phone number, organization represented, purpose of the presentation, and pertinent background information. To be included on a Monday night agenda, requests must reach the Superintendent by noon five working days before the schedule meeting.

The Board Chairman and the Superintendent will review the agenda prior to its publication. The agenda will be distributed (with appropriate support material)to the Board Members at least 3 days before the scheduled meeting date. It will also be sent out to any one requesting it and to the media.

Executive Session may be held before or after their meeting if needed. Sessions will be identified in the posted agenda.
